Description of the Role
An established organization is seeking a motivated Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Coordinator to oversee and support the full recruitment cycle. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring an efficient and positive hiring process from start to finish. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and skilled in building strong professional relationships. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred to better serve a diverse applicant pool.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
+ Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting through offer acceptance
+ Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate qualifications
+ Sourcing candidates through online platforms, community partnerships, job fairs, and networking
+ Reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating next steps with hiring teams
+ Scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process
+ Maintaining accurate recruitment records, metrics, and reports
+ Representing the organization at recruitment events and career fairs
+ Ensuring all hiring activities comply with employment laws and internal policies
Requirements
What Makes You a Great Fit
+ 2+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with candidates and hiring managers
+ Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented approach to challenges
+ Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
