Job overview and responsibilities
This role is responsible for delivering all aspects of the recruiting function including but not limited to candidate sourcing, resume reviews, candidate screening and selection, interview coordination and maintaining accurate system records. This role assists in promoting a strong employment brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience by creating a high touch environment. Builds and maintains relationships with clients in Brazil and other countries as assigned, to ensure staffing needs are met with regard to managing all sourcing, selection and hiring of talent through set metrics.
based recruitment events or other externally focused efforts, and interview coordinationSourcing activities may include creation of an internal and/or external job posting, employee referrals, website advertising or other sourcing methodsAssess candidates to determine if their capabilities match the job requirements Activities may include telephone-based or in-person interviews or administering pre-placement testingReviews information gained about the candidate(s) and decides whether or not to interview the candidate and recommend to hiring managerConduct debrief sessions with the hiring manager to discuss candidate qualificationsActivities may include reviewing test data, interviewer’s recommendations or leading/participating in selection decision-making meetings for internal teamsFacilitates the placement of qualified candidatesSupport offer process with hiring manager and local HRPartner with Compensation and HR as neededCommunicates final status with all candidatesMaintains complete and accurate staffing documentation as required by law Updates information in United’s applicant tracking systems to ensure compliance and accuracy of metricsProvides subject matter expertise in managing specific staffing vendors, such as websites, search firms and university contactsProvides subject matter expertise in specific staffing and HR projects

What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Bachelors degree or 4 years of relevant work experience2 or more years of Recruiting experienceExperience in building strong business relationships with business partners to understand hiring needsDemonstrated good judgment and confidentialityExceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service orientationDemonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environmentExcellent time management, follow-through and organizational skillsStrong communication and ability to build relationships with all levels of personnelAbility to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ability to delegate work as neededAbility to handle highly confidential informationAbility to build strong relationships and work in a team environmentAbility to quickly assess candidate’s skills/qualifications and attributes and make placements/recommendations as appropriateIntermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databasesStrong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as LinkedInMust be legally authorized to work in Brazil for any employer without sponsorshipMust be fluent in English and Portuguese (written and spoken)Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
