The Recruiter plays a key role within the Human Resources function responsible for full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, preparing and extending offer, and ensuring a strong onboarding experience for candidates. The Recruiter is also responsible for maintaining the necessary documentation to comply with local, state and federal regulations. Our team works closely with both the HR Business Partners, as well as the hiring managers, to align recruiting efforts and outcomes with business goals and objectives. This role will be based in our Bridgewater, NJ office, which is afforded the ability to work a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote work each week). It will support our Corporate Functions (including Finance, Legal, IT) as well as our Commercial functions (including Specialty Commercial, Institutional, Biosimilars and the related shared services).
Essential Functions:
Manages full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients/locations including:
Collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to develop successful candidate profiles through intake and strategy discussions;
Sourcing candidates through multiple sources, including LinkedIn, Indeed and our current database;
Providing hiring managers with diverse candidate slates;
Conducting virtual screens based on predetermined qualifications; and
Scheduling interviews and managing the entire candidate process, including offer negotiations and closing.
Maintains and manages relationships with recruiting agencies, professional networks, local universities and specialized colleges to develop a pipeline for candidates and graduates.
Maintains applicant tracking system to ensure accurate records for applicant flow reporting.
Partners with additional internal support teams such as Training and Development, Operations, IT and Human Resources to ensure a seamless on-boarding process for new hires.
