Principal responsibilities

Lead end-to-end full life cycle recruitment from direct approach to completion.Proactively sourcing candidates as well as creating and maintaining talent poolsEnsure that all aspects of the process are compliant in line with the policy and regulatory requirements Provide data insights and market intelligence to support and influence hiring strategiesManage escalations with a sense of urgency to provide effective solutionsIdentify Process gaps to drive continuous improvement and bring an innovative mindset to help deliver on strategic objectives.
