Qualifications
A minimum of 2-7 years’ experience in Recruiting Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both US and Costa Rica based positions. Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including crafting Boolean searches, managing projects, leveraging insights, and engaging passive candidates. Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing Experience with contract negotiations Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred Excellent communication and presentation skill Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferredThe well-being of WWT employees is essential.
