Recruiter - COSTA RICA
**Qualifications** + A minimum of 2-7 years’ experience in Recruiting + Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates for both US and Costa Rica based positions. + Must have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, including crafting Boolean searches, managing projects, leveraging insights, and engaging passive candidates. + Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing + Experience with contract negotiations + Experience engaging with hiring managers on a regular basis + Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills. + Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint). + Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred + Excellent communication and presentation skill + Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred The well-being of WWT employees is essential.
