Recruiter Pay: $70,000 - $80,000 Location: Work on-site at our Blue Ash, OH (Cincinnati area) office, with occasional travel to Columbus, OH, and Louisville, KY Are you passionate about connecting people with meaningful work? We’re looking for a dynamic, team-oriented Recruiter to join our Organizational Development and Talent team! About the Role Under the guidance of the Director of Organizational Development and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technician, warehouse, and other hourly roles across the organization. This role is key to building strong talent pipelines, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning and retention strategies. What You’ll Do * Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume technician and hourly roles * Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role needs * Develop targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, schools, military networks, and career fairs * Partner with local trade schools and workforce development organizations * Conduct thorough candidate evaluations and coordinate interviews * Facilitate offers, pre-employment, and onboarding activities * Provide guidance to hiring managers on interviewing and selection * Track recruiting metrics and identify process improvements * Collaborate with HR, OD, and Safety teams on cross-functional initiatives * Stay current on employment laws, trends, and best practices * Promote company values and Purpose 27 principles in all recruiting efforts What You Bring * 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or hourly environments * Experience hiring technicians or skilled trades strongly preferred * BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field * Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting workflows * Strong sourcing skills across diverse roles (mechanics, warehouse, sales, etc.) * Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices * Experience with Predictive Index or Mechanical Aptitude Assessments a plus * Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience is helpful * High energy, creativity, and initiative with a team-first mindset * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Willingness to travel occasionally to branch locations Why Join Us?
