Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in Metro Atlanta that is looking to add a Bilingual Recruiter (Spanish/English) to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing organization with a collaborative culture and make an immediate impact! The Bilingual Recruiter will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of employees in the property management industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Identify and attract top talent for roles such as leasing agents, leasing managers, maintenance technicians, and property managers.
• Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events, to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and track recruitment metrics using applicant tracking systems.
• Facilitate a seamless hiring process by coordinating interviews, extending offers, and managing pre-employment requirements.
• Stay informed on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
• Support high-volume recruitment initiatives while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Promote the company's culture and values to attract candidates who align with organizational goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of the property management industry and related roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in bilingual communication (Spanish/English) is required
• Detail-oriented approach to managing recruitment documentation and metrics.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
