We're especially looking for someone who brings prior experience working with Aerospace clients or roles; someone who understands the nuances of engineering, manufacturing, or technician requisitions in that space.

Key Responsibilities

Cold-call candidates to meet aggressive recruitment targets

Schedule and coordinate interviews with precision and follow-through

Maintain momentum in candidate communications to ensure rapid progression

Keep records sharp and current in the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn)

Help new hires complete onboarding steps quickly and accurately

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
