Beacon Hill Associates is partnering with a leading organization to identify a Recruiter to support their design and construction management teams. This contract role runs from September 15, 2025, through September 14, 2026, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. The position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week onsite in Atlanta, GA. The recruiter will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the continued growth of the business.

Daily Responsibilities:

Manage candidates through the full recruiting life cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to fill roles across multiple levels, with a focus on construction and skilled trades

Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and outreach to key recruiting contacts

Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand needs and adjust job postings or recruitment plans accordingly

Track and report recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement

Contribute to team-wide recruiting initiatives and process enhancements

Who We're Looking For:

5+ years of recruiting experience; construction or skilled trade recruiting strongly preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience

Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday strongly preferred)

Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner across all levels of an organization

Schedule & Compensation:

Assignment Dates: September 15, 2025 - September 14, 2026

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week in Atlanta, GA

Pay Rate : $26.35
