KBR is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Singapore. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities. You’ll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience across our Engineering, Oil & Gas and Energy Transition sectors.

***Contract – 12 months***

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departmentsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategiesWrite engaging job advertisements and manage postings across various platformsSource and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other toolsScreen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholdersSupport hiring managers throughout the interview process, including customizing interview guidesManage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding by reviewing employment contractsMaintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databasesBuild and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needsRepresent KBR at job fairs and networking events, promoting our brand and encouraging referrals

Required Qualifications:

2 + years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectorsProven track record recruiting technical roles in competitive marketsProficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (Familiarity with Workday a PLUS), & CRM’sExperience writing compelling job advertsAbility to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneouslyKnowledge of Singapore Employment laws and legislationsFamiliarity with Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment PracticesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management5+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house), preferably within Engineering, Construction, or Oil & Gas sectors
