Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a background in sourcing and recruiting skilled candidates, particularly within supply chain, logistics, or technical roles. The role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including participation in job fairs and collaboration with educational institutions. Responsibilities: • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. • Develop and implement effective strategies for attracting candidates with experience in supply chain, logistics, and technical roles. • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, particularly at technical schools, to engage with potential candidates. • Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for open positions. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records and streamline hiring processes. • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. • Provide administrative support related to recruitment activities, ensuring smooth operations. • Collaborate with external partners, such as educational institutions, to create a pipeline of skilled candidates. Requirements • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Proven expertise in corporate recruiting and sourcing strategies. • Strong ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate fit. • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Experience recruiting for supply chain, logistics, or technical roles preferred. • Ability to attend and represent the company at job fairs and other recruitment events. • Excellent organizational and administrative skills. • Familiarity with automotive dealership recruitment is a plus but not required.
