Our client, a dynamic player in the Contact Center Industry, is seeking Recruiters to join their team. As a Recruiter, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the hiring process for agent-level roles. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, a love for interacting with diverse groups of people, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Recruiter 

Location: Maitland, FL 

Pay Range: $18-19/hour depending on experience

Type: Seasonal / 90 days with potential extension

Shift: 40 hour work week with possible OT
           Must be available Mon-Sat 8am-7pm

What's the Job?

Conduct interviews for agent-level roles and make informed hiring decisions to reduce attrition. Provide an outstanding onboarding experience by sharing orientation and training details with new hires. Meet daily with the Recruiting Manager to assess hiring needs and adjust strategies accordingly. Engage with applicants through various communication channels, including phone, video, and in-person interactions. Participate with onsite job fairs and hiring events to attract potential candidates.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent is required. Up to 6 months of customer service, call center or retail experience preferred. 1 year of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment is a plus. Strong computer skills: dual monitor, Windows, Office 365, applicant tracking software and data entry Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
