A day in the life.

As our Recruiter on the Human Resources team, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening and recommending candidates. This person must understand, model, and represent MMA’s employment value proposition. You will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the managers, identify potential colleagues through effective interviewing and testing, and ensure a positive new hire experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent. All activities will be performed in conjunction with Equal Employment Opportunity laws, HIPAA, ERISA, and other regulations

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

Comprehensive interviewing and sourcing experience3+ years of broad, diversified recruiting and staffingDemonstrated ability to source and manage candidates through the recruitment processExperience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows in an ATS or candidate management system

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, Insurance, or a related fieldInsurance agency recruiting or staffingExperience with Workday Recruiter
