Description We are looking for a driven and resourceful Recruiter to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. In this role, you will take charge of the full recruitment process, connecting top talent with key business opportunities while ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and maintains high standards of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies using social media, job boards, detail-oriented networks, and other platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws throughout the hiring process, including maintaining Affirmative Action standards.
• Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to expand the company’s outreach and visibility.
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor benchmarks to refine recruitment strategies and address talent gaps.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to optimize workflows and candidate management.
• Collaborate closely with HR teams and hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and support new employee integration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure smooth and efficient hiring processes.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment metrics to leadership for continued improvement. Requirements • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in technology-focused roles.
• Strong familiarity with programming languages and technical concepts such as Java, C#, and AS/400.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and professionalism, ensuring confidentiality throughout the recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt in fast-paced environments while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
