Position Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organization or to our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategy, and persistence. You will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive candidate experience from first contact to hire.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles: sourcing, interviewing, presenting, and closing candidates.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and provide market insights.
+ Post job openings across multiple platforms and actively source passive candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events.
+ Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
+ Provide regular updates and reporting on pipeline activity and hiring metrics.
+ Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
+ 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house).
+ Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates across multiple functions and industries.
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Familiarity with ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
