We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Volume Recruiter to lead and execute high-volume hiring strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast-paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high volume of roles across multiple locations.
+ Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
+ Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
+ Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
+ Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
+ Coordinate and participate in high-volume hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
+ Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 2 years in high-volume recruitment.
+ Proven track record of filling large volumes of roles under tight timelines.
+ Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
