Location: Remote (Ideal candidates located within commuting distance to McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Tewksbury, MA)

Role Overview

The Contract Recruiter will be responsible for delivering high-quality candidates for entry-level Campus Programs and Supply Chain/Operations roles. This role requires strong business and HR acumen to ensure quality, timeliness, consistency, and efficiency in hiring while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

To succeed, candidates must have experience in high-volume recruiting and be comfortable managing multiple assignments.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full life cycle recruiting processCollaborate with hiring managers on:Candidate selectionOffer package negotiationSalary recommendationsProvide candidates with comprehensive company information and prepare them for offer extensionsEnsure a seamless, consistent, and high-quality hiring experienceSupport various Talent Acquisition projects focused on:Attracting, pre-screening, and hiring talentEnhancing candidate/new hire experienceMaintain compliance with all hiring processes, aligned with EEOC standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in:BusinessManagementCommunicationsFinanceHuman ResourcesPsychologyOr a related discipline5+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment rolesExperience recruiting for:Campus programsOperations and supply chain rolesStrong skills in:Customer and candidate engagementRelationship buildingManaging multiple assignmentsU.S. Citizenship (required for access to US-only data systems)Preferred QualificationsLocated near McKinney, TX; Tucson, AZ; or Tewksbury, MA Experience in:Supporting recruiting programsProject managementRecruiting for Department of Defense suppliers/customers

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00/hr.
