Description Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, trade schools, and industry associations. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-demand roles such as electricians and project managers. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Represent the company at job fairs, career expos, and community outreach events. Track and report on recruiting metrics and KPIs.
