Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiter to assist a local client on a contract-to-hire basis in Boise, Idaho. This role plays a key part in supporting core human resources functions, including onboarding, compliance, and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a welcoming and seamless experience for new hires. Conduct and monitor background checks, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within the HRIS system. Support recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews and facilitating candidate communications. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal employment regulations. Provide administrative support across HR functions, including document handling and internal communications. Collaborate with HR team members to streamline and enhance HR processes and workflows. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies and procedures. Track, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making. Requirements • Proven experience in human resources coordination or a related role. • Familiarity with HRIS systems and their functionalities. • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and related procedures. • Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
