This role plays a significant role in the overall success of The Wendy’s Company by ensuring we have the best talent to deliver on our growth initiatives. This role manages the full cycle recruitment process for entry-level Restaurant Support Center roles and frequently filled field-based roles, including facility technicians and district managers. This role also supports sourcing efforts for in-house executive-level searches.
Responsibilities Business Partnership: Champions the Company’s hiring practices and process with Hiring Managers (HMs). Leads quality intake meetings. Serve as a key point of contact to the HM throughout the process and proactively communicates regular updates on the hiring process.Candidate Sourcing & Selection: Reviews resumes and executes sourcing strategies engaging passive candidates as needed. Conducts quality phone screens providing meaningful insights to the hiring team. Facilitate the candidate assessment process for applicable roles, ensuring hiring managers leverage all available tools for quality interviews. Lead calibration meetings.Candidate Experience & ATS Management: Provide a clear and timely experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey. Manages requisitions within our ATS (iCIMS) ensure notes are appropriately captured on candidates, applicants are properly categorized in iCIMS and all applicants receive relevant follow-up.Offer Management & Negotiation: Manage the offer process in partnership with HR Business Partners and compensation providing guidance and recommendations to the hiring team.Pipeline Cultivation: Proactively partners with key business groups to build pipelines of potential candidates for upcoming needs or frequently filled roles. Consistently adds current candidates to pipelines for future roles.Continuous Improvement & Project Support: Consistently stays abreast of industry trends and remains engaged with our recruiting technology platforms to identify opportunities for process improvement. Takes on special projects as needed to support business priorities.Executive Search Support: Support the Director, TA in executive level hiring done in-house through sourcing and requisition management. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position.* The target annual bonus for this role is 7.5% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance. Director and above roles are also eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive award program.
