About the Role:
Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiter to support our recruitment efforts for a leading aviation manufacturing client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping candidates navigate the hiring process smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and screen incoming online job applications for various manufacturing roles.
- Schedule and coordinate screening calls between candidates and recruiters.
- Assist in managing interview logistics, including scheduling with internal hiring managers and executives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Follow up with hiring teams to gather feedback and move candidates through the interview process.
- Support recruiters with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ year of experience in a recruiting role,
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or similar).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in office in Miami, Monday through Friday. -Bilingual in Spanish null
