Job Description
As a Recruiter, you will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support both operational and corporate hiring needs. You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers through to offer of employment and onboarding. Your role will involve providing support in writing job descriptions, screening resumes, and developing innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates.
ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders and hiring managers to support operational and corporate hiring needs.Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake meetings through to offer of employment and onboarding.Provide support in writing job descriptions and resume screening.Develop innovative recruiting strategies to identify exceptional candidates.Facilitate all aspects of the interview process, including phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.Participate in and plan networking, recruiting, and hiring events.Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics, including recruitment strategy, time-to-fill, and new hire effectiveness.Support company EEO/Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required candidate data.Develop and maintain networking relationships with community organizations, colleges, universities, alumni organizations, industry organizations, employees, and colleagues.Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.Ensure great candidate and hiring manager experiences.Ensure recruiting and hiring practices comply with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws.Provide input on process improvement opportunities.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of corporate-level recruiting experience, including supervisory/management level recruiting for HR, IT, engineering, EHS, finance/accounting, etc.Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (web/social/professional networks) and maintaining a broad network of professional relationships.Excellent verbal and communication skills.Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic.Experience with high-volume technical or operational, exempt recruiting.Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships and business relationships.Effective planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment, effectively prioritize work, and deliver quality results.Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.Self-starter who works well independently and follows up with minimal direction, focusing on team success.Ability to make appropriate decisions when confronted with obstacles, think before acting, and resolve issues creatively and effectively.Strong work ethic with a 'get the job done' approach and consistently delivers excellent customer service.Intuitive, adaptable, creative, and collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Collaborative nature with strong team-building skills and a willingness to learn from and accept guidance from others.Alignment to core principles such as contribution to society, fairness and honesty, cooperation and team spirit, untiring effort for improvement, courtesy and humility, adaptability, and gratitude.Work Environment
The position operates within a hybrid work environment with typical hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
