Summary:

Key Qualifications:
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English 2+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience Industry experience in light industrial, construction, janitorial, or related sectors Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Paylocity Strong organizational skills with a process-driven, detail-oriented approach Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full cycle recruiting role Excellent attention to detail Strong communication skills to ensure a great candidate experience Experience in recruiting for trades Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume setting Reliable, deadline-driven, and always ready to take initiative
