Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter responsible for coordinating the staffing processes for a designated business unit, country, location, or function. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, reviewing and creating requisitions, and discussing potential sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary recruiting contact for hiring managers and leadership to understand recruiting business needs and required skills.
+ Manage the candidate pipeline by implementing effective sourcing strategies and program managing recruitment campaigns as needed.
+ Ensure the quality of prospective candidates presented to hiring managers for open requisitions.
+ Develop and maintain effective relations with the centralized Shared Service Team and recruitment channel partners.
+ Maintain compliance with local recruitment policies and processes.
+ Track the candidate process and minimize time to hire from resume submission to offer.
+ Utilize Taleo, the candidate database, and ensure up-to-date data management of recruitment applications.
+ Ensure client satisfaction for recruitment efforts by communicating business needs and coordinating with the assigned sourcer and recruiting coordinator.
+ Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global Recruiting Leadership, including performance versus targets and sourcing challenges.
+ Collaborate with other regions to share knowledge and provide backup recruiting services as needed.
Essential Skills
+ Relationship Management capability to manage multiple internal customers.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with various levels of the organization.
+ Fluency in English.
+ Knowledge of at least one additional local language is preferred.
+ Influencing and negotiation skills to lead recruiting teams.
+ Analytical skills to analyze and interpret recruiting metrics.
+ College or university degree and/or equivalent experience.
+ 3-4 years of recruitment/human resources job-related experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Volume hiring experience.
+ Client service orientation to provide the highest level of client service.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
