Job Title: Recruiter GeneralistJob Description We are seeking a talented Recruiter Generalist for a virtual position that will initially be a 3-month contract, with the potential to extend quarterly up to 18 months. You will support our Recruiting and Talent Sourcing capacity within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your main objective is to understand the recruiting lifecycle in a large organization, executing quickly while maintaining quality and experience to meet business hiring objectives. Responsibilities + Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for all FTE roles within Azure data security, MAI commercial, and Sales Marketing lines of business. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers or rejections, and onboarding candidates. + Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. + Engage and pipeline candidates by informing them of employment possibilities and keeping them warm for upcoming roles. Essential Skills + 3 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity OR a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field. + Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles to develop hiring strategies with tight deadlines. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. + Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices and other work-related activities. + Proficiency in Boolean Search String knowledge across multiple platforms to find talent. + Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + LinkedIn Certification. + Talent acquisition experience for a large technology company. + Former experience with Microsoft is highly preferred. Work Environment This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your work-life balance. You will need to be equipped with the necessary software and tools to perform your duties effectively. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
