The Role
As a Senior Recruiter on the North America Talent Acquisition team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and enhancing talent across all corporate functions. This role provides an opportunity to apply your recruiting expertise creatively and strategically while working in a dynamic, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to identify current and future hiring needs; design role-specific recruitment strategies.Manage the recruitment lifecycle and serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, incorporating feedback to refine hiring strategies.Lead weekly strategy meetings with business leaders; provide consultative insights on talent acquisition.Review and assess candidates against defined criteria and act as a Subject Matter Expert on hiring best practices.Conduct competitive intelligence gathering, analyze labor market data, and develop search strategies and presentations.Collaborate with the global TA team to align best practices and shared goals.Craft job descriptions and management recruitment marketing campaigns tailored to each position.Source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools drive internal talent attraction initiatives.Conduct thorough candidate pre-screening in line with global processes.Deliver weekly KPI reports and provide hiring updates to business stakeholders.Analyze talent data and translate it into actionable insights for leadership.
Requirements
5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally a mix of agency and in-house, with a focus on corporate and/or field-based sales roles.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment law, and HR best practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Deep experience sourcing candidates across multiple platforms and channels.Ability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines for long-term hiring needs.Skilled at influencing and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable with change management and adapting responsibilities as needed.Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and present data effectively.Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workday, LinkedIn).#LI-MG1
