Must have the ability to create and maintain a functional home office (including a reliable Internet connection). There is a direct path for advancement.• Finding candidates through research, networking, referrals and the Internet • Pre-qualifying candidates and conducting a large number of phone interviews to evaluate skills, employment background and qualifications Initial hours & pay: 7:30 - 5:00 – Monday through Thursday (every Friday off) - extremely flexible work schedule (perfect for a working parent). $16 hourly pay + significant bonus opportunities.
