You'll work closely with certified staff to implement engaging group and individual activities tailored to patient needs. **What You’ll Do:** + Evaluate patients and help develop recreational therapy care plans + Lead and adapt group and individual therapeutic activities + Collaborate with care teams in planning and progress updates + Maintain a safe and supportive environment + Assist with supervision of TR students, interns, and volunteers + Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development **Minimum Requirements:** + High school diploma or equivalent + Strong verbal and written communication skills + BCLS certification (if required by department) + Family Care Safety Registry + Valid driver’s license (if driving is required) **Preferred Qualifications:** + Associate’s degree or college coursework in a related field + One year of experience in recreation, human services, or healthcare **Ready to use recreation to empower healing and connection?** Apply now and help patients rediscover their strengths through meaningful engagement. **Working at University Health is about making a difference.
