Technical

- Coach U8 Boys and Girls teams

- Provide lesson plans for volunteer coaches

- Run coaches meetings and clinics as needed to train coaches

- Oversee practice sessions and show new ideas when needed for sessions

- Develop rules for program

- Develop general material for coaches

- Build relationship with coaches

Community Outreach

- Work with current sponsors

- Provide marketing material on local roads/streets, schools, small business, etc. for added program viability

Administrative

- Oversee registration and serve as primary contact for communications

- Send emails to membership about all current and upcoming news regarding the Recreation Program

- Answer any questions or concerns parents may have

- Keep information on website current

- Administer practice times and location

- Administer “Call for Coaches”

- Build teams and coaching assignments

- Work with other local clubs for the NCRSL league and tournament for our U12-U19 teams

Concessions

- Purchase and stock concession items

- Set-Up and Preparation for Saturday concessions

- Work with Club Administrator for setting up volunteers

- Handle Square Reader and Cash sales

- Restock Inventory

- Keep concession area clean, and securely locked when not in use

Enhance the Rec Soccer Experience at FC Pride Soccer Club

- The goal is to make everything as easy and convenient as possible for a first time or even veteran recreation parent – easy to register, easy schedule, easy to find fields, etc.

- Make sure FC Pride Soccer Club have the overall schedule for either the Fall or Spring set before registration opens.

- Make sure we have a practice survey that allows families to block a certain number of practice times for their child/multiple children

- Communicate our Center of Excellence, Winter League, Summer Camps and travel programs to FC Pride Recreation players
