Our regional support center provides resources to our hotels for multiple areas including Human Resources, Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, Security, Group Reservations, Guest Contact Center, Information Technology, Laundry and Communications.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a proactive, service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You’ll assist in oversee daily recreation operations, support team performance, and ensure every guest interaction on the pool deck reflects our high standards for safety, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Who You Are:

A confident and approachable leader with strong communication skillsHighly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesGuest-focused and enthusiastic about creating a welcoming, engaging atmospherePassionate about safety, service, and mentoring others

What You’ll Do:

Supervise daily operations of the pool, cabanas, and recreation areasLead, coach, and train lifeguards and pool attendants, promoting excellence and accountabilityEnsure consistent adherence to safety procedures, including emergency readinessGreet guests, support towel service, and ensure consistent delivery of amenitiesOversee the setup, refresh, and tear-down of cabanas and poolsideConduct daily walkthroughs of the swimming pool deck and fitness center, reporting any concernsEnsured towel inventory, pool deck cleanliness, and service efficiency is maintainedLead or assist with poolside retail, POS procedures, and lost and found protocolsMaintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, and trainingPromote teamwork and uphold Loews standards of appearance, communication, and conductPerform additional duties and support other departments as neededAttend department meetings and complete assigned training sessionsComply with hotel standards, uniform guidelines, and grooming policiesOther duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Includes:

High school diploma or equivalentStrong guest service and leadership skillsPrevious lifeguard experience requiredMust maintain current lifeguard certification, including passing written and physical examsAbility to meet monthly in-service training and physical readiness requirementsFlexible availability, including weekends and holidaysPrevious supervisory experience, preffered
