Attend treatment review meetings as needed. Ensure recreation schedule is carried out accurately and in a timely manner. Oversee, plan, promote, and participate in special event activities. Assess needs of recreation equipment and facilities for needed repairs and replacement. Inventory and purchase needed recreation supplies. Ensure all provisions of recreation programs comply with governing regulations. Ensure monthly progress notes are written appropriately and in a timely manner. Provide adequate recreation activities to promote independent leisure lifestyles to include: weekday and weekend activities, 1-on-1 recreation, off-campus and community involvement activities. Develop and submit recreational assessment for residents accurately and in a timely manner as requested Monitor necessary documentation on data collection sheets for accuracy, appropriateness, and timelines. Provide care and/or conduct patient/resident interactions in a manner appropriate for the age, culture, and population being served. Follow all safety policies and adheres to all worker's compensation program guidelines.
