Job Description

The Recreation Assistant at Villa Haven will be responsible for assisting with the planning, organization, and execution of various recreational activities and events. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for guest service, and a proactive approach to ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience.

QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role within the hospitality or recreation industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to engage and entertain guests of all ages and backgrounds.Good organisational and time management skills.Ability to handle and resolve guest issues and concerns with professionalism and tact.Basic knowledge of sports, fitness, and recreational activities.Fluent in English.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Ability to work in a remote island setting and adapt to a tropical climate.Basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
