In this hands-on leadership role, you'll ensure the safe, compassionate delivery of medical and mental health services—promoting a therapeutic environment where dignity, structure, and well-being are prioritized. With a focus on mentorship, teamwork, and accountability, you’ll guide daily operations, model best practices, and help shape a culture of respect and recovery.
