What You’ll Do This role is a 50/50 blend of data entry and research, ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work and process improvement. + Support Recovery and Collections teams with administrative and operational tasks + Analyze member credit profiles and recommend actions + Process bankruptcy-related documentation (filings, claims, reaffirmations) + Refer accounts for repossession and coordinate with external partners + Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures + Collaborate on process improvement initiatives with the Collections Systems Admin + Help reduce delinquency and mitigate losses while maintaining excellent internal service What You Bring Must-Haves: + High school diploma or GED + 2+ years of experience in financial services or retail banking + 1–2 years of Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Outlook, Teams) + Strong organizational, resolution, and negotiation skills + Ability to follow procedures and meet SLAs with attention to detail Nice-to-Haves: + College education + Experience in Collections, A/R, Accounting, or similar functions + Familiarity with Symitar or other banking systems Soft Skills That Shine + Strong written and verbal communication + Time management and prioritization + Strategic thinking and problem-solving + Results-driven with a sense of urgency + High attention to detail and compliance awareness Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
