Applicants must be professional, experienced and have proficient written and verbal communication skills. Computer literacy and trainability are a must in this role. Must have familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat applications. + Identifies team and client needs by entering notes, reviewing claims, uploading documents and examining each as a specific case. + Identifies PHI to identify patients and members as well as redacts PHI to comply with HIPAA. + Data entry of medical benefit payments and claims. + Maintain a positive environment, working with co-workers within a diverse culture. + Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability. + Able to adapt to a frequently changing environment. + Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. + Communicates in a warm and empathetic manner. + Gathers all necessary information to update the case files. + Has a desire to continually learn new tasks. + Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative. + Escalates issues to management, based on complaints or concerns. + Performs other duties as assigned. + Complies with all policies and standards. + 40 WPM _Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
