We’re looking for two Criminal Justice Recovery Worker to join our Knowsley Integrated Recovery Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support people affected by drug and alcohol issues, helping them make positive changes and build purposeful lives.
This role supports people involved in the criminal justice system, so experience in this area is essential. As some assessments are completed in prison settings, prison clearance will also be required.
Day to day, you’ll:
Provide one-to-one and group support
Carry out assessments and recovery planning
Work closely with partners such as prisons, probation, courts, and community services
Safeguard vulnerable adults and children, while promoting inclusion and resilience
Full-Time Hours: 37.5
Full-Time Salary* Range: £27,861.26 - £32,002.35
Contract: Permanent
* Please note: Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Knowledgeable about substance misuse issues, or with experience in a similar field
Knowledge of working within the criminal justice system.An excellent communicator with good IT and written skills
Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage your own workload
A supportive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build partnerships with a wide range of agencies
Able to adapt and manage change while keeping service users at the heart of everything you do
