Main Functions: + Manage an updated inventory of all salvage and cases referred to recovery + Negotiate the best conditions with suppliers and potential buyers + Identify opportunities to improve results for the benefit of the Company + Audit the work of key suppliers ensuring compliance with the best practices + Perform buyer analysis and ensure compliance with internal policies + Establish the processes of the area according to the best practices Accountabilities: + Effectively resolve complex-level claims and recoveries handled by the team. + Ensure accurate and consistent reserving and financial control of claims. + Mitigate indemnity and expense spending in claims while ensuring claims are accurately assessed within policy limits. + Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders. + Demonstrate vendor management skills and experience. Skills: + Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment. + Communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English + Proficient in desk management, time management, and handling difficult customer interactions. + Develop and implement procedures to maximize business results within the work unit. + Build business partnerships and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization. + Strong analytical decision-making and problem-solving skills. + Highly effective communicator (written, verbal, presentation). + Demonstrated abilities in time management and establishing priorities.
