We invite you to become a pivotal part of our Records Management team as a Records Specialist.

The Records Specialist is responsible for processing, interpreting, and recording biographical, gift, and pledge data within the Affinaquest CRM system. This includes gathering and analyzing supporting documentation, applying IRS regulations and CASE guidelines, and ensuring compliance with university gift policies. The specialist will identify and resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity through close collaboration with both internal departments and external stakeholders.
