Your work will help maintain financial integrity, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards. **Key Responsibilities** As a Record to Report Specialist, you’ll be responsible for: + Managing and analyzing financial activities in accordance with accounting standards and regulations + Executing general ledger processes, including project and government accounting + Leading monthly and quarterly close and consolidation cycles + Developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls + Preparing budgets and forecasts, and monitoring budget adherence + Analyzing financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities + Supporting internal and external audits + Leading small-scale financial projects and process improvements **Requirements** We are looking for people who are analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive.
