Record-to-Report (RTR) Manager
Pay Range: €53,500 - €77,000

The role:

As an RTR Manager, you will help drive our goals by:

Leading and supervising a team of RTR analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial reports.

Overseeing the preparation of management accounts and reports for a range of business stakeholders.

Managing the month-end and year-end close processes.

Responding to relevant ad hoc financial queries from the business.

Maintaining close relationships with key stakeholder groups to ensure responsiveness to their needs and effective resolution of internal performance issues.

Communicating proactively and regularly with other areas of the GBS and the wider organisation.

Supporting the Head of RTR in delivering high-quality service to the business.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field; a recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is desirable.

Minimum 10 years’ accounting experience, including at least 3 years in management, ideally within a Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.

Strong expertise in management accounting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures, alongside a thorough understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Proficient in ERP systems, workflow technologies, and skilled in identifying and driving continuous process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Excellent verbal and written business English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and confidently present information.

Self-starter with strong initiative, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

Resilient and results-oriented professional with a hands-on approach, able to work independently while contributing to process improvements and achieving business goals.
