Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Leadership

Lead and standardize the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process across all Shared Service Centers globally.Drive adoption of standardized R2R methodologies, minimizing regional customizations.

Strategic Collaboration

Partner with Global Business Services (GBS) Shared Service Centers to implement process improvements aligned with business strategies.Collaborate with various departments (Accounting Operations, Controllers, Compliance, Internal Audit, PPI, Automation, IT) to enhance process operations.

Compliance & Controls

Establish and maintain robust accounting controls within GBS Shared Services.Participate in the Efficiency Governance Program, attending weekly meetings with cross-functional teams.

Training & Development

Ensure operations teams are well-trained in policies, procedures, and systems.

Technology Enablement

Support the design and improvement of technology solutions, collaborating with business and technology partners.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze business requirements, evaluate design options, and identify opportunities for process simplification and standardization.

Process Oversight & Performance

Oversee process stabilization post-implementation.Make key decisions on process deviations and approve necessary changes.Identify and address operational inefficiencies, review critical metrics monthly, track root causes of service deficiencies, and oversee remediation efforts.

Innovation & Improvement

Lead initiatives to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and performance.Refine and optimize R2R workflows.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Engage with relevant collaborators to efficiently meet business needs while aligning with organizational goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in finance or accounting, with 3-5 years in a Shared Services structure.Proactive leadership with strong multitasking and collaboration skills.Strategic decision-making with a broad perspective and attention to detail.Experience with large-scale technology implementations and cross-functional projects.Ability to inspire change, influence teams, and maintain motivation.Strong leadership, negotiation, and engagement skills with senior management.Business insight to align Finance objectives with broader company goals.

Location & Travel Requirements:
