 Inviting applications for the role of Record to Report Business Analyst - Manager- English

In this role, RTR BA role focuses on ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of regulatory reporting, using automated systems. The position requires expertise in transaction reporting regulations, Financial Market knowledge, testing methodologies, to validate systems that support regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Design and execute UAT test plans, ensuring compliance with financial regulations (mainly MIFID and EMIR G20) 

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and compliance teams to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into test cases. 

Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing for regulatory reporting systems. 

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution 

Validate data accuracy and integrity in reports generated by automated systems 

Ensure end-to-end testing of workflows related to regulatory submissions, including data extraction, transformation, and reporting 

Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and ensure testing processes align with new requirements. 

Provide detailed test results and reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and recommendations for improvement. 

Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and addressing feedback 

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, finance, or a related field. 

Relevant years of experience in UAT testing, with a focus on transaction reporting  

Strong knowledge of transaction reporting regulations – MiFIDII/EMIR and knowledge of OTC derivative products -especially Foreign Exchange products and booking models 

Complete understanding of Front to Back testing and Lifecycle Events within transaction reporting 

Excellent analytical skills to identify issues and propose solutions effectively. 

Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings clearly. 

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong knowledge of transaction reporting processes within financial markets 

Familiarity with FX as an asset class is mandatory 

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
