Reconciliations Services Card - Senior Specialist II

As a Card Reconciliation Specialist within our team, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of assigned accounts and the operations that impact them. As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will perform moderately complex reconciliations on assigned accounts which require a basic understanding of accounting concepts and are responsible for routine decisions and determination of course of action. You will be responsible for researching outstanding items, processing clearing entries, and ensuring adherence to corporate accounting policies. Your role will involve collaborating with departmental management, business partners, and external vendors to resolve outstanding issues efficiently.

 

Job responsibilities:

Obtain a thorough understanding of assigned accounts, including operations, General Ledger entries, system interfaces, and transaction flowsResearch and process clearing entries for outstanding items in assigned accountsCommunicate effectively with management, business partners, and vendors to resolve outstanding issuesIdentify and escalate problem items, trends, and exceptions promptlyParticipate in project activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as neededEnsure compliance with corporate accounting and departmental policies

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Accounting or bookkeeping experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh School diploma, some college, or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and typing skillsDemonstrated initiative and high level of proficiencyExcellent written and oral communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively as a team playerCapability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExperience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to changing needs and remain calm under pressureCustomer-focused with excellent attention to detail

 

Work Schedule: 

 

This role is full time in office, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 6:00am to 4:00pm, and is located in Fort Worth, TX only. It does not offer relocation assistance or immigration sponsorship.

Work schedules will vary. Candidates must be willing to work schedules during our operating hours. Specific information will be provided by the Recruiter.

This position requires that you attend the training as scheduled. The hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours.
