Reconciliation Analyst
Job Title: Invoice Reconciliation SpecialistJob Description We are seeking an Invoice Reconciliation Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial accounts through meticulous reconciliation processes. The successful candidate will collaborate with operations and accounting teams to identify and resolve discrepancies swiftly and efficiently. Responsibilities + Research invoices and discrepancies between operations and accounting. + Reconcile invoices with vendors providing food services, including delivery and distribution at airports. + Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of financial accounts, including bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledgers. + Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner. + Collaborate with operations and accounting to gather information and resolve reconciliation issues. Essential Skills + Proficiency in reconciliation, accounting, and financial analysis. + Experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable. + Skill in cash reconciliation and credit card reconciliation. + Background in finance and audit. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Advanced Excel experience, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Work Environment The role involves working closely with accounting, finance managers, and operations teams. A significant portion of the job requires liaising between operations and accounting departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of any financial discrepancies. The position offers an opportunity for growth within the organization amidst ongoing changes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.85 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
