**Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor - Florence Recon Division**
Are you a **natural leader** with a strong work ethic and a drive for results? Our Florence Recon division is looking for a **hands-on Production Supervisor** to oversee daily operations and keep production running at top performance. This is your chance to step into a leadership role where your skills make a real impact every single day.
**What You'll Do**
+ Lead and motivate your team to meet and exceed production goals
+ Oversee operations from sorting and testing to finishing and packaging
+ Ensure safety, quality, and teamwork are always top priorities
+ Partner with inventory and logistics to keep processes running smoothly
+ Coach, train, and develop team members while leading by example
**What We're Looking For**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 5+ years of production experience
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
