If so, let´s talk. **Your role and responsibilities** As a Recruiting Selection Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to set the bar high, executing on various recruiting strategies to identify, screen and delivery high quality, diverse talent to meet business hiring demands. You will be the main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers, supporting full-life-cycle hiring, and sitting amongst your peers in one of our global hub locations. If you get excited about continuous learning, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction, screening, offering, and closing candidates, while providing an efficient and positive experience, this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for Junior Recruiters for a new project within IBM. If you would like to develop as a recruiter, managing candidates on a new platform that combines AI with the criteria and activities inherent to the mass recruitment process, this is an excellent opportunity for you. What experience is required? A minimum of 1 year of previous experience as a recruiter for mass profiles, preferably within the Retail (Consumer Goods) sector. What is the work modality? 2 days remote, 2 days at the client's offices (Martínez), and 1 day at the IBM site. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Experience with recruitment software and candidate management. * Conducting virtual interviews with potential candidates. * Candidate engagement, ensuring candidate retention and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. * Client interaction (desirable). * Collaboration with Temporary Employment Agencies. * Teamwork skills and the ability to develop ideas for continuous process improvement.
