Join Atos as a Receptionist / Team Assistant

Are you a proactive and personable professional who thrives in a dynamic, international environment? Atos is looking for a Receptionist / Team Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Warsaw office and a key support to our local team.

Key Objectives Ensure a professional and friendly reception experience for guests, employees, and partners. Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and deliveries. Support daily office operations, including supplies, vendor coordination, and issue reporting. Assist with meeting logistics, document preparation, and internal communications. Contribute to onboarding processes and help organize internal events and celebrations. Provide ad hoc administrative support to HR and business teams. Operational support for the team, including organising business trips (booking tickets and hotels), preparing simple cost statements, and providing ongoing assistance with project implementation. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills in Polish and English. High level of personal culture, discretion, and reliability. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Positive attitude and readiness to take initiative. Availability to start immediately. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in office administration, coordination, or customer service.
