This is a full-time position with opportunity for advancement, growth, and development with HHS. The primary responsibilities of the Receptionist/Switchboard Operator are receiving and directing phone calls as well as assisting visitors at the facility. The work schedule will be a combination of night shifts (11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.) and afternoon shifts (3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.). Additional times and different shifts (either day, afternoon, or night) and some weekend work will be required to cover the 24/7 operation of the facility. Additional duties, including some clerical tasks, will also be assigned. Applicants will be required to complete a background check to be considered for this position. IMHI provides inpatient treatment and acute psychiatric services, includingindividualized treatment plans and support for children and adolescent patients to continue their education. Individuals are encouraged to collaborate with staff members in formulating their own plan. Medication, group counseling, and activities therapies might be included as well.
