We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the fantastic team at Garston Veterinary Group.
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate receptionist to join our friendly and forward-thinking team. You will be responsible for welcoming clients and their pets to the practice in a warm, professional manner and providing support to our friendly team.
This is a busy, varied role so previous experience would be preferable but not necessary.
Roles and responsibilities include
Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional mannerManaging the diary; booking in appointments and surgical proceduresAnswering a range of client questions via email and telephonePro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothlyAdministration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etcProcessing prescription requestsTaking paymentsPromoting offers and servicesEnsuring that reception is clean and well-stockedShift patterns are variable but rota will be published 2 months in advance.
Typically, this will be 7.30am - 6pm, 8am until 6.30pm or 8.30am until 7pm with a 30-minute lunch break. 1:4 Saturdays required.
